To anyone contemplating the sale of their park home privately, you may be aware that the Government have recently passed the Mobile Homes Act 2013, which came into force on 26 May 2013. This Act amends and updates the previous legislation in a number of important ways.

Under the new legislation Park Owners are not now to get involved in the selling of a resident's home and in order to keep park's own new home sales and resident's home sales seperate, we are currently building a new website for private resales only. This will have the added benefit of our not having to turn away some residents, as we have had to do in the past, if the parks were clients of ours.

We are hopeful that the new website will be online by 21 June 2013 and all private resales showing on Park Home Living at the moment will by then have been transferred over to the new website as well.
