Owner's Description

Willow Park is a new eco home park offering sustainable luxury living nestled in a beautiful sheltered valley on the outskirts of the village of Calverton in the north-east of Nottinghamshire. The park is coveniently situated between Nottingham, Mansfield and the picturesque market town of Newark upon Trent, which offers a wealth of history and museums including its impressive 12th century castle.

Willow park consists of Stately-Albions latest home, The Arundel, this eco-friendly home is highly specified to ensure a low carbon footprint and to save you money. The homes, which come fully furnished, (reduced price if not wanted) have double the insulation than a standard home plus triple glazing, together these can reduce your heating bill by up to 50%. Not only will there be a communal allotment designed for growing organic fruit and veg, but also a communal composter for household and garden waste. All the water supplied to the homes is sourced directly on site from our own natural spring, reducing your water bill. The park will be the first in the UK to boast such eco credentials, helping you to save money and the environment.

Approximately 25 homes will be permanently sited at Willow Park, each set in its own individual garden plot complete with a driveway for parking. The homes will be placed around a large water feature complete with a new entrance with electric gates, made specifically for the development creating a private and safe environment for residents.
