Owner's Description

Bluebell Woods is an exclusive new gated development of 16 luxury, 2 and 3 bedroom park homes. The park has impressive oak security gates and has been designed to the highest quality with no compromise. This exclusive park, developed for sixteen 2 or 3 bedroomed park homes, is situated on the edge of Waterbeach village just 4 miles from the centre of the university city of Cambridge.

As you would expect, the beauty of Cambridge is more than skin deep. Look beyond the colleges and quadrangles and you’ll discover fine restaurants, dynamic theatres, cutting edge art galleries, thriving markets and museums. Once you tire of the shops, there is always the beauty of a stroll along the backs, or a contemplative walk through one of the many parks and gardens that intersperse this intriguing city.

Bluebell Woods offers unusually spacious plots, which can accommodate homes from 45 x 20 to 50 x 22. The park is surrounded by private woodland which attracts an abundance of wildlife including deer, foxes, squirrels and a wide variety of wild birds including woodpeckers. For budding anglers, carp fishing is on your doorstep at the neighbouring Magpie Lake.

Despite the tranquil setting of Bluebell Woods, the park is well positioned for access to local shops, restaurants and river walks, with good local services within easy reach, nearby bus and train services, and good road access. The park is also ideal for the semi-retired or those wanting the buzz of city life, with London only being an hour's commute by train.
