Owner's Description

Kinderton Park is a carefully planned brand new development nestling in the heart of the gorgeous Cheshire countryside. Chester is just 20 miles to the west and Sandbach only 5 miles to the south.

Select from one of the 10 remaining plots on our Phase 2 development of 15 plots, which follows on from our highly popular and successful 1st phase.

Once you have decided on the details of your plot you can then explore the wide range of homes available to you. Our experienced sales team will work with you to tailor the layout and decor of your home to insure it meets your individual needs.

Buying a park home can be the perfect way to release equity in your current home, whether you have plans to or are already retired. Selling your current home and having funds available at the end is a great way to invest in a new lifestyle.
