Owner's Description

A brand new, exclusive countryside development of only 30 homes, surrounded by Norfolk countryside with plenty of strolls and walks. The peaceful, rural setting ensures an abundance of wildlife, including the Norfolk Hare and Muntjac deer.

The village of Barnham is just over two miles away and has a lovely country pub. Further amenities such as restaurants, shops and supermarkets are available in the nearby market town of Bury St Edmunds, which is seven miles from the park.

Midway between Bury St Edmunds and Thetford, Rymer Point Park is perfectly situated to take advantage of the attractions of both these bustling market towns. Bury St Edmunds in particular has many attractions including the Abbey, Cathedral and famous Theatre Royal. The Norfolk Broads, the UK's largest protected wetland, as well as Norfolk coastline are also within reach of the park.

The nearest bus stop is in Barnham, so a car is recommended for living on Rymer Point Park. Thetford has a mainline railway station and also has coach connections to London and other major destinations throughout the country. Stansted Airport is less than an hour's drive from the park and has connections to most of Europe.
