Owner's Description

Situated in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside, Ambleside Park is ideally located to explore the Lincolnshire Fells and the Lincolnshire Wolds, a designated area of natural beauty. The coast is also just a short drive away as is the historic Cathedral City of Lincoln where you will find 2000 years of heritage and many fine specialist shops along its cobbled streets.

Each home is carefully sited to allow privacy with adjoining gardens to allow maximum enjoyment for every resident. All plots have the benefit of a driveway for parking adjacent to each home with additional parking in the car park. Small pets are welcome. Managed site office.

Located in the small village of North Hykeham, Ambleside Park has everything you need just on your doorstep. A grocery shop, post office, doctor’s surgery, opticians and veterinary practice are all within a very short walk from the park. Bus service is also close by.
