With gorgeous views across the River Medina and easy access to the Folly Inn, Medina Park is in a very desirable location.

Our newly developed area has plots postioned so that each home has either a full or partial view of the river. Plots are well spaced with each having parking for two cars.

There is a post box at the entrance of the park and a regular bus service runs to the local towns of Newport and Ryde.

The Isle of Wight is one of the most beautiful parts of Britain. Just 23 miles by 13, the Island boasts award winning beaches, unspoilt and spectacular scenery and a rich historical heritage.

More than half the Island is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with over 500 miles of award-winning public foot paths and bridleways and almost 30 miles of the seashore has been designated as Heritage Coast.
