Owner's Description

A well established park with mature landscaping, offering a peaceful environment in beautiful countryside, Orchard Park lies on the edge of the Lambourn Valley in the extensive Berkshire Downs.

The entrance to the park is impressive and the flower tubs and hanging baskets around the park enhance this rural setting, painting a picture of a well cared for and quality park. Your security will always be at the forefront of our minds and our Victorian style street lamps light the park during the dark hours.

The milkman delivers three times a week and newspapers are delivered daily.

There is a bus stop within 100 yds of the park and the ‘shoppers bus’ runs twice every Thursday into Newbury from the park for those who don’t drive.

We think Orchard Park has been summed up by one of our residents beautifully – “Lovely park, nice people and the pub’s just around the corner!” (Mr Bert Perris, 9 Almond Drive, Orchard Park)
