Owner's Description

With direct access to beautiful walks across open fields, to Papercourt Lock and the River Wey. A small friendly park set on the outskirts of the historic village of Ripley.

Ideally situated for commuters with excellent road links to both Heathrow and Gatwick via the A3 and M25 and within easy reach of the larger towns of Woking and picturesque Guildford, both of which offer excellent shopping centres, theatres and leisure facilities, as well as fast mainline rail links to Waterloo.

Owned by the Penny family since 1925, our residents take pride in their own private gardens and many homes have uninterupted views across open countryside towards the river and beyond and enjoy spectacular sunsets.

Ripley village has a variety of small shops, including a traditional bakery and convenience store, together with an array of different public houses and a Michelin-Star restaurant.

We hope we have given you an insight as to what living on Bartaria Park would be like and whilst we don't have a brochure as such, we will happily send you further details on the homes we have, or may have for sale in the future, together with more details of the plot on offer. Please use the facility below to ask any questions.

Thank you and we look forward to seeing you at Barataria Park soon.
