Surrounded by beautiful countryside and at the end of a country lane, Brickhill Park is set in a safe and peaceful location, yet close enough to towns and villages for all local amenities, this established estate of 70 homes is designed for the retired or semi-retired.
We take great care to ensure our residents live in a pleasant environment; as such we maintain the communal areas for everyone’s enjoyment. All our plots enjoy a private garden with parking facilities either adjacent or near to each Park Home.
The village of Slip End is just a short drive away and has a General Store and several pubs. A mobile library visits the Park every fortnight.
At the Park entrance, there is a bus stop, which provides a frequent service to the towns of Harpenden, St. Albans and Luton. Residents can also easily travel into London via excellent rail connections or venture further afield from nearby Luton Airport. The M1 motorway is easily accessed from junction 10, which is a short drive away.
There are plenty of lovely walks through the surrounding countryside. In addition, there are several golf courses, bowling clubs and sport centres nearby. The historic city of St Albans with its famous Abbey, Verulamium Museum and weekly markets is just 10 miles away. The delightful town of Harpenden is only 4 miles from the park, where you will find a choice of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. Alternatively many of the major high street shops can be visited in the historic city of St Albans or in the town centre of Luton
