Owner's Description

We are a friendly, family run retirement park, established in 1966 and situated just over 2 miles from the popular resort of Lytham St.Annes and winner of the Lancashire 'Best Kept Park' competition, we have achieved the David Bellamy Gold Award for conservation for six consecutive years.

The park is very spacious with large recreational area and a woodland walk by a stream with park benches and bird watching areas.

There is also a thriving residents club where many activities are arranged including days out, organised holidays and bingo nights.

A new modern doctors surgery is just a short walk from the park, as are many of the convenience stores.

A shoppers bus comes to the park each week to take you door to door to the supermarket.

The Village of Freckleton offers all amenities, including several convenience stores plus three village pubs all serving good food, moderately priced, one having a beer garden with far reaching views overlooking the Ribble Estuary which is famous for bird watching.

Parking is available by each home and a large car park is available at the park entrance for visitors.

Dogs are allowed providing they are well behaved and kep on a lead when walking on the park.
