
From the M56 come off at junction 14 signposted Helsby and travel for a mile towards Helsby. At the traffic lights with the Helsby Arms to your left, travel a further 250 metres before filtering right to prepare for a right turn up Primrose Lane signposted Alvanley. Travel less than a mile to the next T junction, turn right and after 300 metres turn left along Tarvin Road at the next corner T junction. Alvanley Park will be found after 600 metres on the right just beyond the Commonside crossroads just over the brow of the hill.
