10.6.09 - Park Home Energy bills are half the national average! |
|
New research by Homeseeker Homes has revealed that energy bills at residential parks are, on average, much lower than those of a typical 'bricks and mortar' house.
Homeseeker Park Homes asked park managers at eight different residential parks across England to find out what residents pay annually for mains gas and electricity.
It found that the typical energy bill for a park home was £664 - the average in a 'bricks and mortar' house is £1,293.
The survey also found that park home owners pay the lowest Council Tax with most of them being on Band A.
