7.7.08 - Park homes exempt from EPC's |

We are
delighted to advise you that after some confusion within the industry,
the Department for Communities and Local Government (CLG) has confirmed
that Energy Performance Certificates will not apply to park homes.
The
NPHC's Alicia Dunne says, "Estate Agents are not always aware that
HIP's and now EPC's, do not apply to park home products".
