Although visitors are welcome to look around our parks throughout the year, the Britannia Parks Open Days are a special invitation to view our estates in a relaxed and informal environment. The Open Days are the perfect opportunity to find out more information, meet the Park Manager, chat to residents on the park and view showhomes and available plots.

DIRECTIONS: From the A30, take the Highgate Hill Roundabout onto the A39 towards St Columb Major. Continue on the A39, passing through two roundabouts. Approximately 1 mile from the second roundabout, turn right towards Tregatillian. The park will be on your right hand side after approximately half a mile.
