Although visitors are welcome to look around our parks throughout the year, the Britannia Parks Open Days are a special invitation to view our estates in a relaxed and informal environment. The Open Days are the perfect opportunity to find out more information, meet the Park Manager, chat to residents on the park and view showhomes and available plots.

DIRECTIONS: From the M25 Junction 2, take the A2 (East), which becomes the M2. Take Junction 1 off the M2 and follow the A289 (East). At the Four Elms Roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A228. After approximately 4 miles, turn left into Fenn Street, which becomes Ratcliffe Highway and then Avery Way. After approximately 3.5 miles, turn right (following Avery Way) and the park will be on your right hand side, after the golf course.
