Owner's Description

This small park, only intended for the 50 + age group, sits on the edge of Old Windsor with countryside views to the rear.

Newtonside Orchard has a distinct Mediterranean feel to it, with the number of palm trees flourishing in the resident’s gardens. Block paving has been used throughout the park, together with Victorian- style street lighting giving a most attractive impression.

Conveniently located just .3 miles from the local food shops and even less for the hairdressers, dentist and bank! Whenever you feel like a quiet drink somewhere, there are around ten public houses within a ten-minute walk!! No problems with drink and driving!!

The local doctor’s surgery, with a special hearing disability section is just across the road.

You should never be stuck for ideas to entertain visiting grandchildren living at Newtonside Orchard. With Legoland just up the road and Windsor Castle on your doorstep, the grandchildren will want to visit you time and time again.

Newtonside Orchard was built in the late ‘80’s and so, new home sales are unlikely. However, good quality resales do occur from time to time.
