Owner's Description
Lake View is a park of 26 homes, which historically was given planning permission as the winter quarter's of Billy Smart's circus staff.
Time has now moved on and Lake View has changed into a delightful park, situated in some of the prettiest Berkshire countryside. Approximately 4 miles from Bracknell, five miles from Ascot and approx. six miles from the historical town of Windsor.
The park is in an ideal area for those who are keen to keep active, with Windsor Great Park not far away, where walking and picnics in this beautiful park are a must.
Doctor's surgeries are close by in Ascot and Bracknell, with hospitals in Ascot and Wexham.
There is a large library in Bracknell and a smaller one in Ascot for those who like nothing more than to relax with a good book in the quiet of their garden on a warm sunny day!!
