Owner's Description

Fresh air and a wonderful location close to the Thames Estuary attract the young at heart to this superbly located park with wonderful walks and riding trails, as well as offering excellent access to nearby sailing clubs and other activities with a golf course adjoining the park while remaining a haven of peace and quiet. The park certainly does have the best of both worlds. With abundant birdlife, a lovely community feel and the sea only 500m away.

For those wishing to wander further afield, the area is well served by a good road network which enables easy access to much of the north and east Kent coast. A bus service operates from the park entrance into the nearby towns of Chatham and Gillingham. For residents who are still working, commuting into London or the suburbs is also an option using the M25 and appropriate A-roads.

The Channel Tunnel is within easy driving distance via the M20, as is the main port of Dover, offering easy access to Calais for a days shopping or further exploration into France.
