Harpswell Hill is a quiet, rural residential Park of 36 homes, mainly privately owned, with a limited number of new and used properties for sale. As the properties being replaced are the remaining rented units, a variety of positions and plot sizes will become available, providing a variety of opportunities for those wishing to purchase a new Park Home. Unlike many other Parks, Harpswell Hill has no time limit on the license, and all leases are in perpetuity.
