Standard sizes available are 10ft, 12ft, 14ft, 20ft and 22ft width units; however we offer a bespoke service and can manufacture any size home providing it conforms to BS3632.

Set up in 1969 by its founder and present Chairman, Jim Gibbard, Tingdene started out in the manufacture of Mobile Homes, built to customers' specifications, by a six-man workforce, which today now employs some 300 people. A visit to the company's Exhibition Centre will confirm the "Quality Service" that has been the "Hallmark" of Tingdene's success throughout the years.
Tingdene's Park Homes, Leisure Homes and Log Cabins are constructed to the highest specifications and offer an unlimited range of designs, incorporating fully furnished interior design packages with luxury kitchens and bathrooms, therefore whether you require a luxury dwelling or leisure home, Tingdene can incorporate your exact requirements into a viable solution.
There is a standard range of over 90 layouts to choose from but as each home is individually built, your particular requirements can be incorporated at the design stage. A range of exterior finishes are available, ensuring that every Park Home, Leisure Home and Log Cabin blends in with and enhances the environment into which it is placed.
But Tingdene offers more than just design and construction, as it provides the complete service from advice on site preparation to finance and planning.
Help is also provided with transport and siting arrangements. Once the Park Home, Leisure Home or Log Cabin has been constructed, under controlled factory conditions, and has undergone rigorous testing, it can be transported (anywhere in the UK and parts of Europe subject to access), on a low loader to its final destination, where it is sited and then connected to mains services.
