‘Pride’
is a word not often used in this day and age, but residents who choose to live
on a Quality Award Park are always extremely proud of
their park and the way it is run. They are aware that in all respects it is
superior and that is why they have chosen to live there. In fact, demand from
prospective residents is often one of the points that spurs on park owners to become
members of the Quality Award Scheme.
They can feel proud that they have done a
first-class job, which is acknowledged and appreciated at park home industry
level – and by their customers, too. Pride in the recognition of a job well
done!
We all gain confidence from seeing a ‘certificate of competence’ on the office wall of a company we hope to be dealing with and we generally know what star rating of hotel or self catering accommodation we want to use.
A Quality Award Park certificate on the Park Office wall, or its
logo in their advertisement should have the same effect. It should give you, the customer, that added
confidence that this park is one
where you can buy secure in the knowledge that not only will they look
after you as customers, but as residents too.
Take a look on the Quality Award web site and check out who's who, The National Park Homes Council introduced the scheme in 1994 and now many parks have been accepted into the scheme, showing their high degree of professionalism in caring for the park, their residents and you, their customers.
Each park is inspected by an independent quality assessing
company and is marked on the following:
