Omar Homes & Gold Shield Warranty

As you may be aware, the original Omar business that traded as Omar Homes Ltd went into administration in March 2009. With the business going into administration not all homes registered under the Gold Shield acheme were paid for by Omar Homes Ltd prior to administration, also a number of homes built during 2008 and 2009 had not been registered.
Dean Westmoreland CEO of Omar Park Homes Ltd is delighted to announce after several months of negotiations with Gold Shield that all homes built by Omar including those built pre administration are now covered by the Gold Shield warranty scheme.
Dean who joined the company in January 2010 commented
